NEENAH, Wis. -- Bemis Co. Inc. announced this week that it has completed the sale of its Paper Packaging division to Hood Packaging Corp.
The division includes offices and manufacturing facilities located in Omaha, Neb.; Crossett, Ark.; Vancouver, Wash.; and Minneapolis, Minn. Sales were $160 million last year.
Hood Packaging is a private company with headquarters in Madison, Wis., and Burlington, Ontario.
Bemis, of Neenah, Wis., is a packaging and pressure sensitive materials company that had 2013 sales of $5 billion.
Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
