MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A number of media outlets have erroneously reported that Verso Corporation has announced that the company is considering closing its Duluth, Minnesota and Stevens Point, Wisconsin mills in conjunction with its evaluation of restructuring alternatives, which is not the case, the company announced in a press release.
Verso is considering the potential sale of the Duluth and Stevens Point mills.
