In my column last week, we asked readers to "Estimate the amount of freight, in weight, that enters or leaves your mill via railroads."
Forty percent answered 11-20%, with 20 percent answering 0-10%, 31-40% and 41-50%.
Next we asked, "In the past ten years..."
Eighty percent said that freight had decreased in their mills.
