Oji Holdings closing machine at its Kasugai mill in Japan

JAPAN -- Oji Holdings Corporation says it has decided to close PM No. 4 at Oji Paper Co., Ltd.'s Kasugai mill in Japan.

Oji Holdings says it foresees demand continuing to decrease so the company has decided to make this closure in order to further reduce costs and strengthen its international competitiveness.

Oji Paper Co., Ltd.'s Kasugai mill produces woodfree printing paper, wood containing paper, middle grade and wrapping paper.
