JOHANNESBURG, South Africa -- Packaging and paper group Mondi plc. on Monday said it is acquiring ZAO Uralplastic-N from Joint Stock Company Rusnano and a private investor.
The deal is expected to be complete in July 2016.
Uralplastic, with revenues of 29.2 million euros and adjusted EBITDA of 4.7 million euros in the last year, operates one plant near Ekaterinburg, in the Ural region of Russia and manufactures a range of consumer flexible packaging products for food, hygiene, homecare and other applications.
