Kimberly-Clark Corp. said Tuesday that Chief Financial Officer Maria Henry will retire from the company. She joined in 2015 and will stay on in an advisory capacity until September 1.

Nelson Urdaneta, currently treasure at Mondelez International Inc. will succeed Henry after Kimberly-Clark's earnings call on April 22. Urdaneta has been with Mondelez for 17 years. Kimberly-Clark stock is down 9.3% over the past year while the S&P 500 index has gained 13.2%.
