OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma (From NewsOK) -- A Quad/Graphics worker died in an industrial accident Friday morning, 24 April 2015, in southeast Oklahoma City, police reported.

Rescue crews were called about 5:50 a.m. to Quad/Graphics and found a man trapped under a piece of machinery. The man was pronounced dead at the scene, police reported.

The U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration's Oklahoma City area office is investigating the incident.
