Jim, I suspect the European bathroom spillage was reduced by imprinting the image of a fly in the bottom of the urinals. Guys can't resist trying to hit it. My personal experience with the mega software topic: Before mega I had a good handle on department performance and could forecast accurately. After mega, I never could. Too many minute details to get a decent big picture. Eight years later I don't know if it is any better since I'm retired and don't have to worry about it! Someone made a lot of money off of that software. It just didn't seem to be the end user. Our stock price sure didn't go up!
