In my column last week, I asked, "Which way does your company lean?"

Eighty percent of those who took the survey responded "More political," while the rest said "More innovative."

Then, I asked "How would you characterize your company?"

Seventy percent replied "Very large," 20 percent said "Very small," and 10 percent said "Medium sized."
