POLAND -- Mondi Group announced that is has completed the acquisition of SIMET S.A. The corrugated plant, to be called Mondi Simet, is located in Grabonóg, Poland.

Mondi says it intends to expand and upgrade this operation to a high-efficiency box plant, including the addition of a corrugator line for onsite board production.
