Some have written me in other venues concerned about buyouts in our industry by private equity firms. Granted, this may cause some inefficient facilities to close, but it is a matter of only when they close, not if. It is better to get on with things at facilities with current and future profit possibilities than to drag out the death of the thoroughly obsolete. Look at the letters column above. Facilities have been changing hands and been revamped for a very long time. It is not about to stop now.
