AUSTRALIA (From The Australian) -- Packaging company Orora has completed the $44 million acquisition of The Register Print Group in the U.S.

Amcor spin-off Orora says the $US44 million purchase of the New Jersey-based company, whose services include signage, packaging and retail display manufacture, represents a step toward the aim of growing its North American point-of-purchase business.
