One of the issues that seems to be re-occurring in my mind concerning Africa is repetitive and growing drought zones impacting vast areas of the African continent. Further there is little infrastructure to support a major expansion by P&P. The one upside to P&P operations are they can be pretty much self contained except for the transportation of finished product to ocean egress points.
