ATLANTA (News release) -- Graphic Packaging Holding Company announced that its subsidiary, Graphic Packaging International, LLC, has completed the previously announced acquisition of substantially all the assets of the foodservice business of Letica Corporation, a subsidiary of RPC Group PLC.
