Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (LP) appoints F. Nicholas Grasberger III to its Board of Directors effective immediately.

Grasberger is Chairman and CEO of Harsco Corporation, a global market leader providing environmental solutions for industrial waste streams and innovative technologies for the rail and energy sectors. He has also served on the boards of Brand Energy and Infrastructure Services of Stone Mountain, Ga. andLancaster General Hospital in Lancaster, Pa.
